CLTA 2021 Virtual Annual Conference Exhibition Tables

April 12 (Monday) –April 15 (Thursday), 2021

The Exhibition Table presentation time slots are 30 minutes per time slot (per table), and each time slot is $500. The Exhibition Table presentation time slots are scheduled between Monday April 12 and Thursday April 15, from 6pm to 9pm, U.S. Eastern Time, first come first served.  To register for your time slot(s), use the following steps:

  1. Register for an Exhibition Table(s) using the online form below.
  2. This form will allow you to pay via PayPal
  3. Select your time slot(s) using the CLTA 2021 Exhibition Table time slots Online signup sheet: https://xinterra.com/clta21_exhibition.php

Note that this signup sheet is open for you to investigate the available time slots at any time. It is open to the public to view for more promotions.

      Ads or/and Logo can be black and white or color. Each ad should be in .jpg or .pdf format and be under 1 MB. A Word file is needed for CLTA to promote your materials through various channels (including the CLTA Listserv, posting on the CLTA website, CLTA regional associations and CLTA-SIGs for the event, etc).
