About K-12 CLT

《中小学汉语教学》(暂定为年刊)是由美国中文教师学会主办的网络期刊,创刊号于2015年10月在学会的网站隆重推出。本刊面向全球学龄前及中小学从事中文作为第二语言(简称“中文二语”)教学的教师、师资教育工作者、教学法研究者、项目策划和管理人员。本刊将利用经验分享和教学研究的资源,为学龄前及中小学中文二语的教学提供信息服务,并通过期刊的平台就教师职业成长等重要问题,促成各级中文教师和语言教学研究人员之间的对话。所有稿件采用盲选以及后期文字编辑,由该领域资深的中文教育专家组成文稿盲审团,对来稿进行盲审和文字编辑。

美国中文教师学会的会员登录阅读后可与文章作者进行互动,每篇文章下端均有评论空间,欢迎参与互动讨论。

Initiated by the Chinese Language Teachers Association, USA (CLTA-USA), the inaugural edition of the web-based annual journal K-12 Chinese Language Teaching was published in October 2015, on the CLTA-USA website. This publication aims to serve and link preschool and K-12 Chinese language (as a second language) educators including teachers, Chinese language teacher educators, pedagogy researchers, program leaders and policymakers. The CLTA-USA will focus on sharing experiences and exchanging ideas in teaching, research and professional development. All submitted manuscripts are subject to blind review and text editing by professionals in the field of preschool and K-12 Chinese language education and teaching.

CLTA-USA members are welcome to log in, read articles, and interact with authors in the “Comment” area that is provided at the end of each article.

Aim & Scope

本期刊收纳以下几个方面的文章:

1.实证与理论研究性文章,主要集中在关于学龄前及中小学汉语二语教学以及中文教师培养中的教学法、大纲设计,课堂管理,测试,学生情感培养等问题的研究性文章。中国文化教学以及海外汉语游学中的跨文化学习与交流等其他内容的研究论文也在此栏目发表。文章字数:英文不超过3000词;中文不超过5000汉字

  1. 教学经验分享类文章,内容涵盖教学法实践、大纲及教案设计、课堂管理、测试设计与实施、文化教学、跨文化学习或海外游学、以及教学行动研究等方面。文章字数:英文800-2000词;中文1200-3000汉字
  2. 书评与教材应用类文章,学龄前及中小学汉语教材数量不足、适用性不够的局面存在已久,欢迎广大中小学教师以及中文教育工作者撰写关于各类学龄前及中小学汉语教材及参考资料的使用心得、评价、探讨、修改建议等方面的文章,以帮助教师更好地使用教材,同时为教材编写者提供改进教材的参考意见。文章字数:英文800-2000词;中文1200-3000汉字。
  3. 中小学汉语教育项目评介类文章,学龄前及中小学汉语二语教学方兴未艾,需要针对不同教学环境和教学对象而设立的教学项目进行研究。欢迎各类以及各地同类中文项目的介绍与分享,尤其是各地项目及政策制定人、负责人和项目教师撰写的介绍性文章,可以促进优质汉语教学项目的全球性推广。 文章字数:英文800-2000词;中文1200-3000汉字

Aims and Scope

K-12 Chinese Language Teaching accepts following types of articles:

  1. Research papers on preschool and K-12 Chinese Language (as a second language) teaching and Chinese language teacher education in terms of pedagogy, curriculum design, classroom management, assessment, as well as social and emotional Also welcome are research papers on topics such as: teaching culture, cross-cultural learning in study abroad programs, and teaching research. Word limit: up to 3000 English words or 5000 Chinese characters
  2. Teaching Practices and Tips are extremely encouraged to reflect problems and problem solving procedure. Preschool and K-12 school practitioners, novices or veterans, are welcome to share their valuable experience proved to be meaningful for students’ learning in terms of pedagogy, curriculum design, classroom management, assessment, teaching culture, cross-cultural teaching, study abroad program, and action research. Word limit: 800-2000 English words or 1200-3000 Chinese characters
  3. Articles on book reviews and textbook use are also important and welcome. In the situation that the textbooks for preschool and K-12 Chinese programs are not sufficient and need to be more appropriate, experiment and evaluation on textbooks and reference books play a significant role to facilitate teaching. Submissions to this journal will be helpful for preschool and K-12 Chinese program curriculum and pedagogical innovation. Word limit: 800-2000 English words or 1200-3000 Chinese characters
  4. Articles on preschool and K-12 Chinese Programs; the journal invites introductions and evaluations about types of preschool and K-12 Chinese programs from the regional or national perspectives and in terms of educational policies, program features, practices, and significant outcomes for future improvement or application. Word limit: 800-2000 English words or 1200-3000 Chinese characters

稿件要求与体例

  • 稿件必须是作者原创、未曾发表(不含待发)的作品。
  • 交稿前须认真检查拼写与文法。用非母语撰稿的文章交稿前须经过所用语言的母语语言专家审稿。

Submission Policies

  • Submissions must be original and have not been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere while being reviewed for this Journal.
  • Check the grammar and spelling of the manuscript carefully. Authors who do not use their native languages are advised to have their manuscript proofread by native speakers before submitting their manuscripts.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions and contributions are welcome on, but not limited to, the following themes:

  • Theories and case analysis of pedagogies of preschool and K-12 Chinese language as a second language (four skills and teaching of culture) for traditional Chinese preschool and K-12 programs and special programs (STARTALK, Heritage, and Immersion), as well as action research, Chinese language curriculum design and planning, classroom management theories and practice, and assessment theories and practice
  • Application of teaching materials and technology in teaching preschool and K-12 Chinese language as a second language
  • Study abroad and cross-cultural experience in Chinese language learning
  • Theories and practices on teacher education of Chinese language as a second language, Chinese language teacher certification programs in particular in terms of pedagogies and curriculum design for types of preschool and K-12 Chinese programs, classroom management, assessment, and social and emotional development
  • Cross-cultural adaptations and in-service or pre-service teachers’ professional development
  • Best practices of preschool and K-12 Chinese programs including policies and operation
  • Introduction of Chinese teacher certification programs
  • Reviews of Chinese textbooks and reading materials

Style Sheet of Manuscripts in Chinese

1 论文题目字体格式: 

  1. 正题二号标宋占一行
  2. 副题三号仿宋另占一行前加破折号
  3. 作者姓名四号宋体另占一行居中

2 提供论文的中英文篇名  

3 摘要格式

  1. “ 提要”二字小五号黑体,后空一字空,接排提要正文。提要正文居中,左右空3字空,小五号宋体
  2. “关键词”三字小五号黑体,后空一字空,关键词小五号宋体,各词之间空一字空,回行齐关键词。

4 正文内容格式

  1. 正文通栏五号宋体如例句较短可排分栏
  2. 文章分节小标题序码用汉字五号黑体占2行,居中占1行,齐左起行空2字空,序码用汉字阿拉伯数码均可。
  3. 例句:
    1)有序码例句:序码用阳文码排序,后空半字空。起行空2字空,回行齐汉字。序码原则上一排 到底,酌情可分节编排。如果例句接排,例句间空二字空。
    2) 无序码例句:起行空3字空,回行空3字空。较短的可接排,中间用竖线隔开。
  4. 引文:起行空5字空,回行空3字空。
  5. 例句引文等的出处书名报刊名一律用书名号,外加圆括号。
    1. 书名依次为作者、书名、出版社时间;例:(《吕叔湘汉语语法论文集》 修订本,35页)
    2. 报刊名依次为作者文章、报刊名称、时间;例:(周培红《今生今世》,《收获》1991年第1期)
    3. 古文依次为朝代、人名、书名、篇名、章节;例:(唐· 李白古风· 十九诗经·硕鼠)
  6. 国际音标括号用直方括号[ ]声调一律用数码标在右上角
  7. 数字:公历年月日用阿拉伯数字,其他可视情而定,一篇文章内要统一。
  8. 正文中引述文献标注顺序:作者、年代,中间加逗号,外加圆括号。例:(朱德熙,1986)

参看文献:参看,作者,年代,外加圆括号。例:(参看金克木,1996)
如果引述或参看文献不止一个,中间用分号隔开。例:(参看金克木,1996;朱德熙,1982)

5.标点符号

  1. 注意中英文标点的区别。中文格式的标点符号在电子文档中应为全角符号,如:。;:“”()等,英文标点符号为半角符号,如:.;:“”() ;
  2. 中文用书名号,英文书名斜体;
  3. 中文的省略号是„„,英文的是…。

6.参考文献引用书目等格式:

排在正文后,有附注的排在附注后,空一行。“参考文献”等,小五号黑体,顶格。所引文献、书目等,小五号宋体,另起一行,顶格,回行空汉字7字空。参考文献等根据所引文献的类别采用不同的书写格式:

  1. 期刊中的文章,书写顺序为:作者或编者(2人以上,中间空一格)、出版年份(前后各空一格)、文题(加书名号)、刊名(加书名号)、期数;
  2. 专著,书写顺序为:作者或编者(2人以上,中间空一格)、出版年份、书名(加书名号)、有关章节的编号、出版社及地点。
  3. 外文参考文献等书写顺序同中文。文章、书名排斜体。
  4. 古代文献书写顺序,书名或篇名、作者、出版社、出版版本年代。

同一作者如有数条文献的,逐条分行排列,名字只见首条。中文目录的编排顺序以著者(或编者)姓氏的音序排列;译著按中文目录格式写。外文目录一律排在中文目录后,顺序先日文(文献顺序按作者姓氏中文读音排序)后西文。

文中图表一律小五号宋体,图表名用小五号仿体位于表格上端齐表头。
